About Ayca

Ayca C. Gencoglu is an Inner Work and High Performance Coach who partners with career professionals; managers & executives to help them de-stress, maximize their performance levels and have a fulfilling & thriving career. After spending a decade coaching career professionals from around the world, Ayca knows what truly drives career professionals’ optimum performance and their ability to attract higher level career positions.

As a matter of fact, so many of Ayca's career coaching clients who were feeling unfulfilled, undervalued and passed over for promotions have started to attract higher level opportunities one after another once they started to work with her. They all started to perform in accordance with their higher potentials and obtained greater intrinsic motivation & career satisfaction.

Ayca obtained her Co-Active Coach Training Certification in 2011. She is also certified in different modalities for de-stressing, emotional mastery, health and higher performance. For her own growth, she has attended Anthony Robbins' "Unleash The Power Within" experiential events and been both a participant and crew member for Robbins' signature transformational program "Date With Destiny" in 2007 & 2008.

Ayca holds an MBA from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School in Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Ege University in Izmir. Recently, she has been elected to represent her home country, Turkey in The Speakers Arena platform which will unite speakers & entrepreneurs from 50 nations in Nuremberg, Germany.

Outside of her passion of coaching and supporting career professionals, Ayca loves outdoors, yoga, swimming and supporting the missions of non-governmental organizations in her community.
